I’d say I’m about two thirds done with it. I really don’t like a lot of it, but as long as I finish I should feel better. 

I worked on it incrementally for two days, and then didn’t touch it for 3 weeks. I’ve been touching it up since yesterday and I’m afraid I won’t touch it for another 3 weeks because what if I’ve got a really specific OCD? 

Lol, whoops. Forgot to sleep and also didn’t finish. Goodbye cruel world.

I was looking through the barren wasteland that is my lil’ watercolor sketchbook and, I just… I just don’t know why or when this happened. 

This, this is what Getglue is for. Check out them stickers, bro. That sketchbook is completely empty, but at least it looks like I use it. 

Remember when I used to draw?

at about 11:30 I fell asleep, and I woke up about an hour and a half ago. In that time I skimmed through the winter 2009 issue of “American Artist: Drawing” magazine. I had forgotten that this was the magazine that sparked my love affair with James Jean. That in mind, and the quote I just posted led me to draw a few hands (poorly) in ballpoint pen; a medium I often put aside due to the safety net that is graphite. Considering how unforgiving ink can be, I think they’re okay. 

The LOL on the shoulder has a very deep and personal meaning to me stemming from a long time-

Just kidding, I have no clue why I put that there. 

I just found a couple of museum sketches from a few months ago. they were all pretty rushed, so shut up. 

I don’t need to tell you what this will be when it’s done.

I hope.

One day, this will be a pretty decent sketch of  a cityscape, and Bret McKenzie from the best TV show of all time. but as of right now, it’s a one eyed guy in a sweater who looks kind of pleased.
